These one-to-one sessions are designed to support subconscious change and self-directed growth using my 4-Pillar Method: Identify, Relax, Imagine, Elevate.
Each session begins by identifying your current goals and the patterns influencing them. I will teach you about hypnosis, how this state can create powerful change, and how hypnotherapy will assist you in making the transformation you are looking for.
You will be guided into a deeply relaxed state of hypnosis, where we will use proven and tailored to you hypnotherapy techniques that will inform your subconscious mind to assist you in your transformation and provide you with the inner resources needed. We co-create specifically designed imagery and therapeutic suggestions to anchor new and supportive perspectives (integral hypnotherapy).
Finally, you begin to witness yourself elevate in many areas of your life. You will continue using your self hypnosis practice and personal recordings between sessions, therefore reinforcing these new insights and perspectives into your daily life for permanent and positive results.
Hypnotherapy is a practice. Meaningful results arise from daily engagement and a willingness to shift long-held perceptions. Over time, you’ll learn how to work with your mind—allowing change to unfold naturally, sustainably, and in alignment with your goals.

This is a journey to explore your Sacred Bad Girl — the naughty, audacious, mischievous, and Divine. The aspects you have not allowed yourself to express because society has taught you it is "bad".
This isn’t just about sensuality (though she’s more than welcome here). It’s about reclaiming the flavors of your feminine expression — bold, quiet, fierce, playful, messy, radiant — and recognizing the power that lives in your full spectrum.
Each session invites you to connect with your audacious desires and allow them to be seen. It is an opportunity to strengthen the ability to stand centered in your authenticity — in your yes, your no, your shadow, and your truth. These disowned parts aren’t shameful; they are tools of liberation.
We’ll gather as women to witness and celebrate each other in the frequency of the Sacred Bad Girl to anchor self-love, body reverence, and deep trust in our inner authority.

You’re invited to come as your Sacred Bad Girl wishes to appear. Maybe that’s lace and lingerie, jeans and a t-shirt, the old clothes you’d never dare wear in public, or a sexy outfit that you are aroused by when you catch a glimpse in the mirror. Nudity is welcome but not mandatory. Dress how your Bad Girl wants to express! Just like the feminine cycle, your style is free to transform from week to week.
This is a safe, consent-based space where every woman is honoured as the living embodiment of her truth.
